格隆汇8月13日丨旭辉控股集团(00884.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止六个月,实现收入200.63亿元人民币(单位下同),同比增长8.92%;毛利59.43亿元,同比增长36.56%;公司股东权益应占期内利润31.94亿元,同比减少6.58%;核心净利润人民币28.7亿元(单位下同),同比增长17.3%;基本每股盈利0.41元;拟派中期股息每股8.93分。

于2019年上半年,集团的合同销售金额及合同销售建筑面积分别达884.4亿元及508.82万平方米,按年分别锐增33.9%及17.5%。

由于高平均售价项目贡献增加,集团于2019年上半年的合同销售平均售价约为17,382元╱平方米,而2018年同期则约为15,314元╱平方米。集团于2019年上半年录得超过95%的合同销售金额现金回款率。

房地产投资方面,集团期内的租金收入约为1.747亿元,按年增加207.1%。于2019年上半年,租金收入主要来自嘉兴旭辉广场、上海旭辉海上国际、重庆旭辉城、上海LCM置滙旭辉广场及上海旭辉纯真中心,其增长主要来自上海LCM置滙旭辉广场新的租金贡献。

土地收购方面,于2019年上半年,集团收购于34个新项目的权益,就此应占集团土地代价合共为266亿元。于2019年7月,集团进一步收购于6个新项目的权益,就此应占集团土地代价合共为57.6亿元。

土地储备方面,于2019年6月三十日,集团土地储备总建筑面积约为4680万平方米,而集团应占土地储备建筑面积约为2340万平方米。
