中國民生金融(00245.HK)公布,附屬公司CM Securities Investment接獲確認,已獲發行人Excellence Commercial Management分配金額為2,000萬美元之票據,為本金總額1.5億美元之有擔保優先票據其中一部分,年利率6.8厘,2022年8月15日到期。
發行人擔保人集團為內地領先商業物業開發及營運商,專注於內地一線及精選二線城市(特別是深圳)優質地區開發及營運大型城市商業綜合項目。
