格隆汇8月12日丨东瀛游(06882.HK)公告,集团预期截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司拥有人应占溢利与2018年同期比较将录得显著下降。
集团酒店业务经营开支的增加(主要由于继集团温泉浴大楼的建设工程于2019年3月竣工后物业、厂房及设备折旧增加所引致)为集团截至2019年6月30日止6个月经营业绩的主要拖累因素。鉴于经济及市场状况的变动,公司将更努力地利用业务协同效应及市场机遇实现长期可持续增长,以提升竞争力及巩固市场地位。
