江南集团(01366.HK)公布解决股权高度集中情况
江南集团(01366.HK)就解决股权高度集中进一步公布,公司已采取多项行动引进新投资者扩大股东基础,其中包括与公司潜在投资者保持沟通以吸引彼等投资,及分别於2014年9月16日及2015年7月29日成功向若干专业、机构或其他投资者配售股份。
截至6月28日,首10名股东所持股权为54.87%,首20名股东持股60.72%。
公司指,其分散股权架构已持续存在一段时间,因此2012年所述公司股权高度集中状况已不再适用,故不应作为评估公司目前股权架构之依据。
