格隆汇8月9日丨华润水泥控股(01313.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现营业额174.10亿港元，同比增长6.0%；公司拥有人应占盈利37.66亿港元，同比增长6.5%；每股基本盈利0.539港元，拟派每股中期股息0.26港元。
期间内，集团的水泥、熟料及混凝土对外销量减少150万吨、5万吨及67.5万立方米，较去年同期分别下降4.0%、2.4%及9.7%。期间内，集团水泥产品销量中约74.1%的等级为42.5或以上(2018年同期为70.8%)，而约36.1%为以袋装销售2018年同期为40.7%)。用于集团混凝土生产的内部水泥销量为120万吨(2018年同期为1,40万吨)，占水泥总销量的3.3%(2018年同期为3.6%)。
期间内，水泥、熟料及混凝土的平均售价分别为每吨373.3港元、每吨338.1港元及每立方米493.4港元，较去年同期分别下降4.6%、增加3.2%及增加16.5%。于期间混凝土平均售价上升是由於材料价格上升所致。
期间，综合毛利为67.74亿港元，较去年同期的72.95亿港元减少7.1%，而综合毛利率为38.9%，较去年同期的39.4%减少0.5个百分点。期间，综合毛利减少主要由于集团水泥产品的营业额较去年同期下降所致。期间，水泥、熟料及混凝土的毛利率分别为42.2%、42.0%及23.6%，而去年同期则分别为42.3%、37.0%及25.1%。、
此外，期间内，集团的水泥、熟料及混凝土生产线的利用率分别为92.4%、105.7%及34.6%，去年同期分别为96.7%、108.5%及38.0%。
