格隆汇8月9日丨西安海天天(08227.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,实现收益2304.2万元人民币(单位下同),同比减少36.50%;公司拥有人应占亏损1322万元,同比减少19.87%;基本及摊薄每股亏损0.86分;不派息。
截至2019年6月30日止六个月,未经审计毛利约为人民币30万元及毛利率为1.3%,较2018年同期的毛利率1.1%有所增加。有关增加的主要原因是价格波动幅度较小使建筑相关产品销售的利润率增加。
公告称,由于财务成本增加及按公平值计入损益之金融资产的公平值变动未变现亏损并不重大,集团于截至2019年6月30日止期间呈报的亏损约为人民币1,322万元,而2018年同期的亏损约为人民币1,657万元。
