中国中冶(01618.HK)联合中标贵州纳晴高速项目总投资354亿元
格隆汇8月9日丨中国中冶(01618.HK)公布,公司及下属六家子公司与五矿二十三冶建设集团有限公司、贵州交通建设集团有限公司及其下属五家子公司、贵州省交通规划勘察设计研究院股份有限公司、辽宁省交通规划设计院有限责任公司组成联合体,共同参与贵州省纳雍至兴义国家高速公路纳雍至晴隆段、六枝至安龙高速公路PPP项目投标并中标。
项目中标后,联合体与政府出资代表贵州公路共同出资组建项目公司实施纳晴项目。项目公司注册资本金预计为88.5亿元。
据悉,纳晴项目总投资约为354亿元,自有资金比例为总投资的25%,即88.5亿元,由项目公司股东以项目公司注册资本的形式提供;其余大部分资金将通过项目公司向银行申请贷款解决,项目公司承担融资责任。
