建滔集团(00148.HK)中期基本纯利降45%至14.42亿港元派中期息0.28港元
格隆汇8月9日丨建滔集团(00148.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现营业额182.46亿港元，同比下降18%；EBITDA为35.06亿港元，同比下降32%；公司持有人应占账面纯利14.42亿港元，同比下降65%；公司持有人应占基本纯利14.42亿港元，同比下降45%；每股基本盈利1.331港元，宣派中期股息每股0.28港元。
集团覆铜面板业务连续14年稳踞全球覆铜面板市场第一位。回顾期内，覆铜面板部门出货量与去年相约。但因市场需求下滑，产品价格需作相应调整。因此部门营业额(包括分部间的销售)下降21%，至71.38亿港元，未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前的盈利下降43%，至12.79亿港元。
印刷线路板业务方面，随着5G通讯网络推进，为部门高阶线路板订单带来可观增幅。部门持续加大与行业领先客户之间的联动，取得理想成效。并因应市场转变，推动产品组合快速升级，令产品出货量维持稳定。印刷线路板部门营业额轻微下跌3%，至43.38亿港元，未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前的盈利上升3%，至5.65亿港元。
化工业务方面，位于湖南省衡阳市的盐卤化工基地成功增添烧硷生产线，并新增环氧氯丙烷产能。惟经济放缓后对化工产品需求减弱，化工部门主要产品售价同比下滑，因此化工部门营业额(包括分部间的销售)下降25%，至65.37亿港元，未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前的盈利下降54%，至7.05亿港元。
房地产部门按计划推售住宅项目并推进商用物业出租。但由于期内竣工交付单位数目下降，物业销售营业额下降至3.41亿港元。随着免租期完结及出租率提升，租金收入上升至5.55亿港元。房地产部门总体营业额下降18%，至8.97亿港元。未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前的盈利下降12%，至5.79亿港元。
