港股异动|太古A跌逾3%中期纯利同比减少41%暂领跌恒指
格隆汇8月9日丨太古A(0019.HK)今日高开低走,暂领跌恒指成份股。现报82.15港元,跌3.69%,暂成交6252万港元,最新总市值743.6亿港元。而太古B(0087.HK)亦跌近3%。太古A与太古B昨日午间发布中期业绩称,期内收益428.7亿港元,同比增长1%;公司股东应占溢利79.39亿港元,同比减少41%。里昂最新报告指出,太古A上半年经常性溢利升40%至42亿港元,主要受到国泰及太古地产支持。仍然看淡前景,因料中美贸易摩擦及香港部分活动持续。下调2019及20年盈测10%及9%,目标价降至100港元,但预期未来3年公司每年盈利有望录得双位数增长等,维持“买入”评级。
