野村升港铁(0066.HK)目标价至56.6港元评级“买入”
野村发表报告表示,港铁(00066.HK)上半年核心经营溢利按年升14%,高于该行预期之单位数升幅,可见其业务具韧性。不过基於下半年较为保守的广告及零售市道前景,港铁维持中期息于0.25元。

该行认为,假设示威活动而影响交通的情况不会持续至明年,以及考虑到港铁零售投资组合较具防守性,相信其长线前景仍然稳固,且待高铁的广告收益逐步回升,加上旗下物业完工的收成期,维持“买入”评级。
不过,基於零售及交通上不明朗因素,该行调整其2019至2020年之租务收益预测至按年下跌1%及持平,以今年上半年升3%来计,即是下半年将跌5%。同时下调其2020年每股基础盈利预测8%,以反映上述不利因素。但相信明年开业的将军澳新商场入帐会对今年业绩有所弥补。故上调港铁目标价,由53.5港元升至56.6港元。
