星光文化(01159.HK)料中期业绩扭亏为盈至300万港元
格隆汇8月8日丨星光文化(01159.HK)公告,预期集团截至2019年6月30日止6个月将录得公司拥有人应占未经审核综合净溢利约300万港元,而2018年同期则录得公司拥有人应占未经审核综合净亏损约2872万港元。
董事会认为,集团整体表现有所改善乃主要由于以下各项所致:(i)毛利增加约3300万港元;及(ii)经营开支、行政开支及融资成总数减少约3800万港元,但是,相关开支的减少被以下三个因素所抵销:a)截至2019年6月30日的衍生金融负债公平值变动收益为0港元,而去年同期衍生金融负债公平值变动收益约为3600万港元;b)所得税开支增加约100万港元,以及c)非控股权益分占亏损减少约140万港元。
