國際家居零售(01373.HK)稱示威影響部分門店需提早關門將加強推廣力度
國際家居零售(01373.HK)主席及行政總裁魏麗霞在全年業績記者會上表示,今年初至今集團旗下門店的同店銷售表現正常,未有明顯受市道影響。但於7月底至8月初,由於受本港持續示威活動影響,部分區域店舖需提早關門,同店銷售表現有稍為放緩。
她指,最近兩年零售市道較為艱難,但認為有危有機,市民審慎消費對業務有利,因集團產品價格具競爭力,下半年將會加強推廣力度,期望下半年同店銷售可續有約5%的增長。
魏麗霞又稱,今年計劃開店約12間,除「日本城」品牌外,主打快速消費品的品牌「多來買」亦計劃單獨開店。此外,為重新安排店內布局,集團將在未來半年翻新60間「日本城」門店,預留了3,500萬元作開店及翻新之用。
續租方面,她提到每年約有三份一店舖需要續程,預期未來租金有下行空間。 ~
