《大行报告》花旗下调融信中国(03301.HK)目标价至17.3元评级「买入」
花旗发表报告指,融信中国(03301.HK)上半年业绩表现可印证其未来数年增长及业务优化的成果,由於销售增长较慢及土储较薄弱,股价表现亦跑输市场。该行指,公司自6月起加快扩充土储,并相信下半年销售增长将提速,以达到全年1,400亿元人民币的销售目标。下半年可销售资源约1,200亿元人民币。
该行预计,融信今年派息比率将提升至介乎25%至30%,风险回报吸引,评级「买入」。反映4月发行股份摊薄因素,目标价自18.8元下调至17.3元。
