九龙仓集团(00004.HK)中期纯利大减14.34%至24.5亿港元
格隆汇8月8日丨九龙仓集团(00004.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止半年度,实现收入80.64亿港元,同比增长3.08%;公司股东应占盈利24.5亿港元,同比减少14.34%;基本每股盈利0.80港元;拟派第一次中期股息每股0.25港元。
公告称,期内,内地应占已签约销售额减少10%至人民币六十五亿元,涉及1,400个单位,面积共达十九万二千平方米,当中约80%源自杭州、北京、上海及苏州四个主要城市,或十大项目。多个项目获买家热烈追捧,包括北京西城天铸、杭州璟宸府及杭州桂语朝阳。平均售价大幅上升34%至每平方米人民币三万一千六百元。截至六月底,未确认销售额增加至人民币二百三十五亿元,涉及面积达八十万平方米。土地储备合共三百六十万平方米。
