华多利集团(01139.HK)斥3.5亿港元收购建筑服务控股公司全部股权继续停牌
格隆汇8月8日丨华多利集团(01139.HK)公布,8月7日,公司与作为卖方的独立第三方订立一份买卖协议。买方收购而卖方出售于英属处女群岛注册成立的目标公司全部已发行股本,总代价为3.5亿港元,其中2.5亿港元将由公司向卖方以现金支付,其余1亿港元由公司以向卖方配发及发行每股面值0.001港元新股份支付。
公告显示,目标公司为一间于香港注册成立及主要在香港从事提供建筑服务的有限公司的控股公司。
此外,公司股份继续暂停买卖。
