汽车之家(ATHM.US)二季度净利同比增16%股价开盘震荡上扬

8月7日,汽车之家(ATHM.US)发布的2019年第二季度财报显示,该公司在报告期内的净收入为23.09亿元(约合3.363亿美元),同比增长了23.5%,超过了之前最高指引的23.005亿元(约合3.338亿美元);同期的净利润为8.02亿元 (约合1.168亿美),同比增长15.95%。

另外,该公司同期摊薄后每股盈利为6.7元(约合0.98美元),2018年为5.79元 。

受此消息的影响,该股在美国时间开盘小幅震荡后遭遇快速拉升。截至发稿时间,股价上涨0.54%,股价现为80.95美元,最新总市值为90.16亿美元。

三大业务均增长强劲

值得注意的是,尽管二季度国内新车销量持续下降,汽车之家总营收仍然成功实现了同比23.5%的稳固增长。

具体来看,媒体服务收入方面,已经从2018年同期的9.3亿元增加10.5%至10.28亿元 (约合1.498亿美元)。这主要是受益于公司越来越多样化和优化的产品组合;

销售线索收入方面,从2018年同期的7.4亿元增加20.1%至8.89亿元 (约合1.295亿美元)。这一块业务收入的增加主要是由于每个付费交易商的平均收入增加。

此外,在线市场和其他收入从2018年同期的1.99亿元增加97.2%至3.92亿元 (约合5710万美元)。这块业务收入的大幅增长则是由于大数据产品和汽车金融业务的贡献增加。

营业费用同比增长逾3成

数据显示,汽车之家二季度收入成本为2.63亿元 ,而2018年同期为2.087亿元。此外,收入成本包括第二季度的股权奖励支出410万元 ,相比2018年同期的为710万元。

期内,营业费用为13.35亿元 ,而2018年同期为9.88亿元,同比增加35%,该增加的主要原因是销售和营销费用以及产品开发费用的增加,这也表明公司持续投资于未来的增长机会。

其中销售和营销支出为8.93亿元(约合1.301亿美元),2018年同期为5.88亿元,增长主要是由于支持汽车制造商和经销商的线下执行费用增加;产品开发费用为3.6亿元(约合5250万美元),而2018年同期为3.13亿元,该费用增加主要原因是与产品开发相关的人员成本增加。

截至2019年6月30日,公司的现金及现金等价物和短期投资为108.3亿元(约合15.778亿美元),2019年第二季度经营活动产生的现金净额为3.72亿元(约合5420万美元)。

业务展望

最新数据显示,汽车之家移动端流量持续领先行业。2019年年6月,该公司手机网页版、主移动应用和小程序日均活跃用户数达到3780万,较2018年6月增长48%,巩固了其在中国汽车垂直领域的主导地位。

汽车之家预计,公司在2019财年第三季度实现净收入21.6亿元 (约合3.146亿美元)至21.9亿元 (约合3.19亿美元),同比增长14.4%至16%。
