港股异动|九龙仓置业跌逾3%中期纯利同比减少31%
格隆汇8月7日丨九龙仓置业(1997.HK)现报44.35港元,跌3.27%,暂成交1.52亿港元,最新总市值1346亿港元。九龙仓置业昨日公布中期业绩指,期内实现收入84.98亿元(港元,下同),同比增长约4.22%;基础净盈利增加3%至51.84亿元,股东应占盈利减少31%至69.89亿元;每股基本盈利为2.3元,中期股息每股1.1元。瑞信最新发研报指,贸易摩擦升级、示威活动持续以及人民币贬值,将持续拖慢零售销售及九仓置业的租金收入增长。将目标价降至49.2港元,维持“中性”评级。美银美林亦维持其“中性”评级,目标价下调至53港元。而里昂则认为零售业弱势短期内未必得到解决,将目标价自60港元下调至48港元,降评级至“跑输大市”。
