港股异动|呷哺呷哺跌6.6%料上半年净利润同比显著减少
格隆汇8月7日丨呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)现跌6.62%,报9.88港元,暂成交574.5万港元,最新总市值107亿港元。公司昨日公告称,预期截至2019年6月30日止6个月公司拥有人应佔净利润较上年同期有显著减少。主要由于应用国际财务报告准则第16号将导致于租赁最初数年计入损益表的开支总额较高,而有关开支于租赁后期将续渐减少,故而对租约期内确认的开支并无影响。集团目前经营涵括1000多间餐厅的庞大餐厅网络,应用国际财务报告准则第16号的影响将为重大。
