香港建设(控股)(00190.HK)料中期净利同比减少逾60%
格隆汇8月6日丨香港建设(控股)(00190.HK)公告,集团预期截至2019年6月30日止6个月未经审核综合纯利将较截至2018年6月30日止6个月同期未经审核综合纯利约4.578亿港元录得略多于60%减少。
于2018年的中期,集团录得非经常性重估收益约3.395亿港元,主要与投资物业上海星荟中心的落成有关,该等收益并未在2019年的中期重复。此外,由于集团的待售住宅单位库存量较小,住宅销售额与去年同期相比有所下跌。
