中国海外发展(00688.HK)7月拿地十一宗土地出让金240.33亿元
格隆汇8月6日丨中国海外发展(00688.HK)公告,2019年7月,公司在烟台、太原、北京、香港、成都、天津、大连、长沙和西安收购了十一幅地块,应占楼面面积合共约301.8万平方米,其中一幅地块将会以合作模式发展。集团就相关土地收购应付的土地出让金约为人民币240.33亿元。
此外,2019年7月,中国海外宏洋(连同其附属公司广东省清远市和江苏省南通市收购了四幅地块,总应占楼面面积约59.55万平方米。中国海外宏洋集团就有关收购土地应付的土地出让金约为人民币44.7亿元。
