中电(00002.HK)料香港业务盈利将逐渐回升至去年水平
中电(00002.HK)首席执行官蓝凌志在记者会上表示,公司在本港电力市场的准许回报由去年10月开始下降至8%,以致公司今年上半年香港电力业务的营运盈利按年下跌约20%,但公司於5年发展计划中将投入达529亿元的投资,相信香港业务盈利会随着此等投资的投入,而逐渐回到去年水平。
被问及近期本港持续出现示威活动,工商客户电力需求有否受影响,他称制造业及工业占公司电力销售比例约5%,经济表现上落对业务短期的影响不大,反而可能有更多长远影响,目前评论社会事件对业务影响是言之过早。
另外,集团总监及中华电力副主席阮苏少湄指,香港电费水平视乎燃料成本及减炭目标等多方面因素而定,由於公司目标在明年转用更多天然气发电,对燃料价格会带来压力,集团会在年底与香港政府审视一篮子因素,以检讨电费水平。
