中電(00002.HK)料香港業務盈利將逐漸回升至去年水平
中電(00002.HK)首席執行官藍凌志在記者會上表示,公司在本港電力市場的准許回報由去年10月開始下降至8%,以致公司今年上半年香港電力業務的營運盈利按年下跌約20%,但公司於5年發展計劃中將投入達529億元的投資,相信香港業務盈利會隨著此等投資的投入,而逐漸回到去年水平。
被問及近期本港持續出現示威活動,工商客戶電力需求有否受影響,他稱製造業及工業佔公司電力銷售比例約5%,經濟表現上落對業務短期的影響不大,反而可能有更多長遠影響,目前評論社會事件對業務影響是言之過早。
另外,集團總監及中華電力副主席阮蘇少湄指,香港電費水平視乎燃料成本及減炭目標等多方面因素而定,由於公司目標在明年轉用更多天然氣發電,對燃料價格會帶來壓力,集團會在年底與香港政府審視一籃子因素,以檢討電費水平。
