普匯中金(00997.HK)就未償還現有債券提出交換要約
普匯中金(00997.HK)公布,於昨日(5日),就2020年到期1,500萬美元12%有擔保及無抵押債券之交換要約,公司已就合資格持有人持有之尚未償還現有債券開始交換要約,現有債券僅可以完整本金額50萬美元交回。
提出交換要約及發行新債券之主要目的為延長公司債務負債之到期日,並改善其債務結構,令公司能夠更穩定發展,並加強其資產負債表及現金流量管理。根據交換要約收取交回持有人付款金額之總額之所得款項淨額,估計約2,870萬美元,擬用作償還部分9%票息債券。
