普汇中金(00997.HK)就未偿还现有债券提出交换要约
普汇中金(00997.HK)公布,於昨日(5日),就2020年到期1,500万美元12%有担保及无抵押债券之交换要约,公司已就合资格持有人持有之尚未偿还现有债券开始交换要约,现有债券仅可以完整本金额50万美元交回。
提出交换要约及发行新债券之主要目的为延长公司债务负债之到期日,并改善其债务结构,令公司能够更稳定发展,并加强其资产负债表及现金流量管理。根据交换要约收取交回持有人付款金额之总额之所得款项净额,估计约2,870万美元,拟用作偿还部分9%票息债券。
