格隆汇8月5日丨钜京控股(08450.HK)公布,比较截至2018年同期净溢利180万港元,预期集团将于截至2019年6月30日止9个月录得净亏损大幅增加。
有关净亏损的增加,受以下原因影响:—受于联交所成功挂牌上市的客户数目下跌的影响,来自上市相关文件备制的收入,大幅下跌;—因市况变化关系,正着向联交所递交申请上市的若干客户的申请进度,受到非预期的阻延;—公司股份于联交所GEM上市其後为符合合规规定而产生的专业费用及董事袍金。
