《大行報告》大摩恆生銀行(00011.HK)中期業績略遜預期前景存挑戰
摩根士丹利發表報告表示,恆生銀行(00011.HK)今年上半年每股盈利錄6.98元,低於該行原預期4%,指其淨利息收入亦低於預期,淨息差按半年收窄5個基點(該行原預期下跌1至2個基點)。期內,貸款增長強勁達5%,而存款放緩至3%。
該行指,基於利息前景正在轉變,存款面臨競爭加劇,相信恆生銀行淨息差前景正面臨挑戰;手續費收入強勁,而成本表現符預期。
大摩維持對恆生銀行「與大市同步」投資評級及目標價210元,指其盈利能力較強,但料其未來將轉弱。
