聯交所刊發諮詢文件,建議將有關首次公開招股及上市發行人的一般豁免及原則編納成規,以及對《上市規則》作出若干非主要修訂。
聯交所曾接獲部分市場人士意見,建議聯交所將其指引材料加以整合,並將部分規定納入《上市規則》。因此,聯交所今年的工作目標包括了將相關規定編納成規,令《上市規則》條文更清晰明確;反映市場現時接納的標準;及納入多項現於指引信或上市決策中提供的行政指引。
《諮詢文件》亦建議對《上市規則》作多項輕微修訂,以修正文書錯誤及更新過時的引述。
