野村长和(0001.HK)股价反映偏软业绩电讯业务重组成催化剂
野村发表研究报告指,长和(0001.HK)公布中期业绩与该行及市场预期一致,纯利按年升2%,派息则持平。该行认为,长和过去一个月股价下跌6.5%已经反映上半年业绩如预期般偏软,维持予其“买入”评级及目标价126港元。
报告提到,长和的业绩显示公司业务表现分歧,表现强劲的电讯和零售业务可抵销基建及能源业务因外汇转弱与盈利下跌的影响。
野村表示,虽然英国脱欧的前景不确定性将继续对股价造成影响,若出现市场未有预期的电讯业务重组,或会对现时低残的估值提供支持,同时如脱欧结果变得更明朗,公司或于2020年获“价值重估”。
