国家医保局推进高值医用耗材改革将取消医用耗材加成
国务院办公厅日前印发《治理高值医用耗材改革方案》提出,完善价格形成机制,降低高值医用耗材虚高价格,推进高值医用耗材改革。
国家医疗保障局副局长李滔在例行吹风会上指出,根据改革方案,将完善分类集中采购办法,鼓励医疗机构联合开展带量谈判采购,积极探索跨省联盟采购,取消医用耗材加成,实施「零差率」销售。
李滔表示,下一步,各级药品监督管理部门注册、备案的单独收费医用耗材均应积极参与到产品信息维护,凡是产品信息不按照统一的分类和编码进入医保系统的,以後就不能在全国各省份和国家平台上进行招采,也不能进行医保的支付。
