國家醫保局推進高值醫用耗材改革將取消醫用耗材加成
國務院辦公廳日前印發《治理高值醫用耗材改革方案》提出,完善價格形成機制,降低高值醫用耗材虛高價格,推進高值醫用耗材改革。
國家醫療保障局副局長李滔在例行吹風會上指出,根據改革方案,將完善分類集中採購辦法,鼓勵醫療機構聯合開展帶量談判採購,積極探索跨省聯盟採購,取消醫用耗材加成,實施「零差率」銷售。
李滔表示,下一步,各級藥品監督管理部門註冊、備案的單獨收費醫用耗材均應積極參與到產品信息維護,凡是產品信息不按照統一的分類和編碼進入醫保系統的,以後就不能在全國各省份和國家平台上進行招採,也不能進行醫保的支付。
