香港零售管理協會若因罷工無法達成有效營運條件零售商應作合適安排
對於有團體發起下周一(8月5日)罷工,香港零售管理協會主席謝邱安儀在電話會議上回應指,希望零售商能與僱員保持溝通,達至和平理性的協商。作為零售商,不能抹殺任何一方的權利,應保持持平態度。若當日有多人罷工而無法達成有效的營運條件,應作出合適的安排,以上班員工的安全為大前題。
她又指,希望政府能盡快以和平理性方法解決事情,並與業界多作溝通,明白行業的苦況。目前最擔心的是員工的狀態,因為零售業主要以佣金制度計薪,有個別員工的薪金有超過三成的跌幅,強調影響嚴重。
