格隆汇8月1日丨第一信用金融集团(08215.HK)发布公告,公司拟向证监会提交有关其申请恢复股份买卖的进一步文件。由于公司仍在制备提交文件,无法预测获得证监会其后回应的所需时间,因此,公司现阶段无法提供任何具体复牌时间表。尽管停牌,集团一如既往地经营业务,并继续专注于发展放债业务。
公司股份已根据第8(1)条指示暂停交易,股份将继续暂停买卖,直至另行通知为止。公司将于切实可行情况下努力尽快恢复股份买卖,并将于适当时候另行刊发公告,以告知其股东及潜在投资者相关进展。
