摩通恒隆地产(0101.HK)上半年基本纯利略优预期维持“增持”评级
摩根大通发表报告指,恒隆地产(00101.HK)上半年业绩引证了该行看法,认为内地业务持续是公司增长动力,更相信会於2020年进一步加快。

报告补充,恒隆地产中期基本纯利略优预期,扣除物业公平值之净变动後,股东应占基本纯利约23亿元,达到该行全年盈测42.5亿元的54%,主因较预期多的资产处置及租金收入符预期。恒隆地产维持每股派中期息17仙。
摩通料恒隆地产明年开始会增加派息,与盈利同步,更认为恒隆地产是少数较小受本地游行影响、另持续受惠内地具韧性零售市场的地产公司之一,维持“增持”投资评级,目标价20.5港元。
