香港地产股大跌!九龙仓置业(1997.HK)跌超5%
格隆汇7月29日丨香港股市大跌,恒指跌1.5%,国企指数跌1%,红筹指数跌近1%。其中,以地产股为首的香港本地股领跌,且跌幅还在不断扩大。其中,九龙仓置业(1997.HK)跌超5%,太古地产(1972.HK)、新世界发展、领展房产基金跌超4%,九龙仓集团(0004.HK)、恒隆地产和恒基地产均跌超3%,太古A、长实集团、信和置业跌超2%。此外,香港其他本地股如港铁跌4%,中银香港和恒生银行跌超2%,港交所跌近2%。有香港分析人士指出,近期香港发生多起非法集会和暴力行动,对香港本地民生、消费、商业地产等板块造成普遍影响,今日出现较大跌幅属正常反应。另外,有分析人士指出,本周美联储议息会议将至,虽然市场预期减息25个基点,但在美国近期第二季度经济增长好过预期下,市场依然有所担心,如果美联储最后不减息,对地产及大市会有相对较大的负面影响,同时还要关注联储局主席鲍威尔会后言论倾向鸽派还是鹰派。
