万里印刷(08385.HK)就深圳厂房搬迁获3,116万人币补偿
万里印刷(08385.HK)去年9月下旬曾公布,集团作为现深圳厂房承租人,已收到相关政府部门之通知,现深圳厂房的场地将因附近兴建地铁而被徵收。据此,集团将享有财务补偿。
公司现公布,与多名有关人士已订立协议,包括代价为2,638.6万元人民币(下同)的房屋清租协议书;代价为207.6万元的保安室、配电房等建筑物收购协议书;及代价为269.8万元的钢结构物业收购协议书。因此,公司根据补偿协议将收取的代价合共约3,116万元。
