雅仕维(01993.HK)预计中期业绩盈转亏
格隆汇7月28日丨雅仕维(01993.HK)公布,集团预期截至2019年6月30日止6个月将录得公司拥有人应占亏损,而上年同期则录得公司拥有人应占溢利。
亏损乃主要由于(1)推出的新项目(例如海口美兰机场、北京地铁綫及温州地铁线)仍处于起步期。该等项目仍属增长阶段,惟特许经营费成本已确认;(2)杭州机场的届满(在上一报告期间产生溢利);及(3)采纳自2019年1月1日起生效之香港财务报告准则第16号“租赁”产生的不利影响。
