红星美凯龙(01528.HK)控股股东红星控股已增持423.5万股A股
格隆汇7月25日丨红星美凯龙(01528.HK)公布，公司控股股东、实际控制人暨董事长及公司时任董事（不包括董事长、独立董事、非控股股东提名的董事）、监事会主席及高级管理人员基于对公司未来发展前景的信心和对公司成长价值的认可，拟自2019年6月1日起至2019年9月28日，通过集中竞价方式增持公司A股社会公众股份。
2019年7月25日，公司接到控股股东红星美凯龙控股集团有限公司的通知，红星控股已通过上海证券交易所以集中竞价交易方式增持423.5万股公司股份，占公司总股本的0.1193%。本次增持后，红星控股持有公司24.85亿股股份，占公司总股本的69.9986%。鉴于公司2018年年度股东大会审议通过了《关于公司首次公开发行人民币普通股并上市后三年内稳定股价实施方案的议案》，红星控股正在履行相关承诺，截至2019年7月24日，已累计耗资人民币5354.41万元增持公司股份463.5万股，超过本次增持计划金额的50%。
2019年7月25日，公司接到实际控制人暨董事长车建兴先生的通知，车建兴先生已通过其控制的红星控股的全资子公司常州美开信息科技有限公司在上海证券交易所以集中竞价交易方式增持409.8万股公司股份，占公司总股本的0.1154%。本次增持后，车建兴先生直接持有公司39.6万股股份，占公司总股本的0.0112%，通过其控制的常州美开持有公司409.8万股股份，占公司总股本的0.1154%，合计持有449.4万股股份，占公司总股本的0.1266%。
鉴于公司2018年年度股东大会审议通过了《关于公司首次公开发行人民币普通股并上市后三年内稳定股价实施方案的议案》，车建兴先生正在履行相关承诺，截至2019年7月24日，其本人及通过其控制的红星控股的全资子公司常州美开已累计耗资人民币5149.24万元增持公司股份449.4万股，超过本次增持计划金额的50%。
此外，截至2019年7月24日，公司时任董事（不包括董事长、独立董事、非控股股东提名的董事）：车建芳女士，蒋小忠先生、陈淑红女士，郭丙合先生；监事会主席：潘宁先生；高级管理人员：刘源金先生、席世昌先生、李建宏先生、张培峰先生、谢坚先生、王伟先生、陈东辉先生、张贤先生已累计耗资人民币1173.75万元增持公司股份93.3万股，占公司总股本的0.0263%。上述人员累计增持资金均已超过本次增持计划的下限。
