泛亚国际(06128.HK)预计中期业绩由盈转亏
格隆汇7月25日丨泛亚国际(06128.HK)公布,公司预期截至2019年6月30日止6个月公司拥有人应占净亏损不少于2600万港元,而上年同期取得净利润。亏损乃主要由于景观设计分部的收入略微下降以及餐饮分部的收入大幅下降导致集团总收入整体下降超过10%。该集团于2019年上半年继续撇减苏州工业园区文律阁酒店管理有限公司的投资。该公司亦产生相对较高的有关持续收购思高环球有限公司(其预期于2019年下半年完成)的行政开支及财务成本。
