ZIONCOM(08287.HK)获要约人溢价16.5%提全购,该股今天复牌大裂口高开89%报0.45元,其後升幅收窄至近18%,报0.28元,成交急增至3,243万股,涉资952万元。
ZIONCOM公布,公司执董金炳权、金俊烨及具滋千订立买卖协议,拟以总代价7,320万元(相当於每股0.27727元较停牌前溢价16.51%),向内地厨房用品及电器企业实控人隋晓荷旗下AbsoluteSkillHoldings(要约人)出售合共2.64亿股(占公司已发股本40%),买方并已支付200万元不可退还保证金。完成後,要约人及其一致行动人须按例以同价向其他小股东提全购要约,但仍会维持ZIONCOM上市地位。
