瑞安建业(00983.HK)附属出售香港九龙商业大厦
格隆汇7月21日丨瑞安建业(00983.HK)公布,于2019年7月19日,公司及卖方(为公司的间接全资附属公司)与买方MillenniumFortuneInvestmentCorporation订立买卖协议,据此,(i)卖方出售而买方收购销售股份(为于目标公司的全部已发行股本);及(ii)卖方转让而买方承担销售贷款,代价约为3.87亿元。
公告显示,目标公司的主要资产为该物业,乃位于香港九龙观塘的一幢商业大厦。总楼面面积约27,800平方尺。目前该物业若干单位由目标公司出租予商业租户以赚取租金收入。
公司拟将出售事项所得款项净额约2.64亿港元用作集团现有业务的一般营运资金及╱或于有机遇时用作未来投资。
