首都信息(01075.HK)厦门锐泰请求法院判令公司支付股权转让款2121万元
格隆汇7月19日丨首都信息(01075.HK)公布,公司近日接获福建省厦门市中级人民法院的传票和应诉通知书,厦门锐泰隆投资发展有限公司请求厦门市人民法院判令公司立即向厦门锐泰隆支付股权转让款人民币2121万元、逾期付款期间的资金占用利息,按人民银行同期贷款利率自2017年9月1日计算至实际支付之日为止及案件受理费。
鉴于法律诉讼尚处于初始阶段,公司董事会认为在目前而言,评估有关诉讼对该集团的潜在影响并不实际。预期法律诉讼将不会影响该集团的正常运作。
