百威英博(BUD)盘前涨近5%消息称公司继续评估百威亚太IPO
格隆汇7月19日丨百威英博(BUD)美股盘前涨4.82%,报93.65美元。

消息称,百威英博将继续考虑百威亚太的上市事宜。此外,百威英博宣布,向日本朝日集团出售澳洲分支卡尔顿联合啤酒厂(Carlton&UnitedBreweries),作价160亿澳洲元(113亿美元)。
据悉,百威亚太虽然取消上市,但在其IPO招股期间,公众认购部分冻结资金至少达389亿港元,而且这部分冻结资金均在百威亚太银行账户,据悉百威获得的利息收入可达371万港元。
