里昂下调长和(0001.HK)目标价至87港元重申“跑赢大市”评级
里昂发表研究报告指,长和(0001.HK)
将于8月初公布中期业绩,预期因应合并WindTre的业绩后,经常性盈利按年增长7%至193亿港元。里昂会聚焦于其资产配置策和屈臣氏中国的同店销售表现。
整体而言,里昂下调码头吞吐量、电讯业ARPU,英镑和欧元预测,并将长和2019-21年经常性盈利预测下调2-5%。根据最新市值计价,目标价由94港元降至87港元。长和现价较资产净值折让31%(长期平均:20%),重申“
跑赢大市
”评级。
