港股异动|建发国际涨逾6%9月有望被纳入港股通名单
格隆汇7月19日丨建发国际(1908.HK)涨逾6%,报8.98港元,成交683万港元,总市值81.7亿港元。港股通成份股的大调整在每年3月和9月,9月调整的具体名单公示日期恒生指数公司暂未公告,预计披露时间在8月中旬,正式生效在9月上旬。据格隆汇勾股大数据通过内部港股通实时监测模型计算,建发国际集团(1908.HK)9月可能被纳入港股通名单。此外,兴业证券上周五发研报,预计建发国际2019年合约销售再翻一番达到500亿元。预计公司2019/2020年的营收分别为160和210亿元,分别同比增29%和31%;净利润分别为16.3和21.3亿元,分别同比增15%和31%。报告称,虽然公司账面杠杆过高,但实际杠杆并不高,主要融资来源是大股东借款,并没有兑付压力,融资成本优势明显。首次评级给予建发国际买入评级,目标价11.8港元。
