姜兴拟任众安总经理“科技+保险”初心不变
7月18日，众安在线(06060.HK)发布公告称，陈劲将卸任众安总经理兼联席CEO，同时继续担任众安执行董事、众安董事会投资决策委员会主任委员、众安金融科技研究院理事长职务。众安原副总经理兼联席CEO姜兴，则将拟任公司总经理兼CEO。
公告披露，接任者姜兴此前担任众安副总经理兼联席CEO及众安科技执行董事兼法人代表，2014年4月加入众安，主要负责众安的健康生态、电子商务生态及保险业务。
对于姜兴的工作能力，陈劲认为，“他(姜兴)具有非常强的技术洞察力。在众安现阶段以科技为核心的大战略下，我向董事会推荐姜兴出任总经理，带领具备实战经验的核心团队，去实现下一个目标。”
众安于2013年成立，2017年上市，2018年成为国内首家年保费破百亿的互联网保险公司。“众安过去这五年，在保险科技创新领域，积累了相当丰厚的技术储备和业务经验，这支经得起锤炼的团队，是众安最宝贵的财富。”姜兴说到。据了解，这位年仅42岁的新任CEO，将带领一支年轻专业的核心管理团队，实现公司的下一个五年目标。截至7月上旬，众安披露的13位高级管理人员名单中，75后5人、80后3人。
谈及未来的战略规划，姜兴非常务实。他将继续带领众安在“保险＋科技”双引擎战略下，深度挖掘科技能力，坚守金融创新与金融合规管理并存理念，加快提升公司经营效益与运作效能。
据了解，众安未来会不断将市场上的人工智能、大数据、云计算、区块链、5G等新技术创新应用于保险场景，重塑保险价值链。同时，挖掘数据资产的价值，让数据资产真正应用于产品设计、客户精细化运营、两核风控等环节，让消费者从智能保顾、自动化理赔等服务中感受到技术的温度。
人工智能将作为公司的创新引擎之一，通过众安精灵、智能客服等场景降低人力成本，为用户提供差异化服务。
在技术研发层面，众安将打磨出一个稳定易用的千人研发协同平台和支撑大规模生产运营的监控运维平台，构建技术竞争实力。
此外，在员工创业精神方面，众安将在保险主业基础上，探索新技术、新想法在金融行业的应用；内部将通过创新大赛、项目孵化等形式，鼓励更多内部敢想敢做的同学脱颖而出，成为“众安合伙人”。
