港铁公司(00066.HK)上半年就沙田至中环线项目作出20亿港元拨备
格隆汇7月18日丨港铁公司(00066.HK)公布，就沙田至中环线项目：
(i)公司已于今天完成并向政府提交两份有关红磡站扩建部分、红磡站北面连接隧道及南面连接隧道以及红磡列车停放处的事件的最终报告，当中载有(其中包括)为符合相关作业守则而须在若干地点采取的适当措施的建议方案；
(ii)为使公众能尽早在实际可行的情况下享用到最大程度的新铁路服务，政府已接纳公司就分阶段启用屯马线的建议，第一阶段涉及屯马线大围站至启德站的商业服务，目标开通时间为2020年第一季；
(iii)为了继续推进沙田至中环线项目，以及促使在2020年第一季启用屯马线大围站至启德站路段的商业服务，作为现阶段安排，公司将会在不影响其法律责任的原则为基础支付红磡事件所产生的费用以及与分阶段启用屯马线（上文(i)及(ii)段所述）相关的若干费用，同时就最终承担相关费用责任一事上保留其权利。公司现时对该等费用的最佳估计为合共约20亿港元。有鉴于此，公司将于截至2019年6月30日止六个月的综合损益表内作出一项20亿港元的拨备。该拨备金额并无计算可向任何其他人士提出的任何潜在追讨在内。
连同公司在2019年5月30日刊发的自愿性公告中所公布就FirstMTRSouthWesternTrainsLimited(公司持股百分之三十的合营公司)作出约4,300万英镑(相当于约4.3亿港元)的拨备，于截至2019年6月30日止六个月，就该两项事宜于公司综合损益表内记入的拨备总额为24.3亿港元。该拨备总额分别相当于截至2018年6月30日止六个月及截至2018年12月31日止年度公司及其附属公司基本业务所产生的综合利润(分别为46.48亿港元及112.63亿港元)约52%及22%；及
(iv)公司与政府将继续进行磋商，务求就红磡事件及双方各自就沙田至中环綫项目的造价及红磡事件所产生的费用以及与分阶段启用屯马线相关的若干费用的付款责任达成整体解决方案。公司与政府如未能在合理期间内达成整体解决方案，则公司与政府于2012年5月29日订立的委托协议的条款应继续适用(包括与该等费用有关的条款)。
