2019年7月,游戏直播平台斗鱼向美国证券交易委员会提交了最新的招股书更新文件,并于今晚(7月17日)正式登陆纳斯达克。斗鱼上市发行价为11.50美元,公司估值约37.30亿美元。在直播行业进入下半场的时机加入混战,斗鱼能否突出重围?
2019直播界混战:斗鱼扭亏为盈YY仍然称霸
3月起,斗鱼、虎牙、YY、陌陌陆续发布了2019年第一季度财务报告。
斗鱼在冲刺IPO前夕扭亏为盈,第一季度直播营收额为13.54亿元人民币。陌陌第一季度直播营收额为26.89亿元人民币,虎牙为15.52亿元人民币,YY为44.85亿元人民币。

各直播平台的付费用户数是盈利的保障。在刚刚过去的第一季度,斗鱼收获了600万付费用户,领先于虎牙的540万及YY的410万。陌陌在付费用户数上表现突出,2019年第一季度收获了1400万付费用户。

除了付费用户数,月平均活跃用户数也反映出各平台的吸引力及用户黏度。今年第一季度,斗鱼月平均活跃用户数为1.59亿,虎牙为1.24亿,陌陌则为1.14亿。YY凭借其服务形态的多样性和创造性,在第一季度收获超过4亿的月平均活跃用户。

回顾2018:老牌平台优势领先
领先于斗鱼上市的YY、陌陌等平台已经在这片战场上摸爬滚打了很久。2018年全年,YY直播营收额为148.78亿元人民币,紧随其后的陌陌为107.09亿元人民币。虎牙、映客和斗鱼则分别创下了44.43亿元、37.30亿元和31.47亿元的全年直播营收额。

斗鱼前景怎样?前辈们的表现或许可以参考
2012年11月,YY在纳斯达克上市,上市首日开盘价为10.50美元,2018年1月26日达历史最高价142.97美元。在这之后,陌陌、虎牙和映客作为直播行业中的佼佼者也纷纷上市。

2014年12月在纳斯达克上市的陌陌上市首日开盘价为14.25美元,2018年6月11日达历史最高价54.24美元,与上市首日开盘价相比,涨幅达到280.63%。

2018年5月在纽约上市的虎牙上市首日开盘价为15.50美元,2018年6月15日达历史最高价50.82美元,与上市首日开盘价相比,涨幅达到227.87%。

2018年7月在香港上市的映客上市首日开盘价为4.32港元,当日即达历史最高价5.48港元。上市以来,映客股价持续走低,2019年6月18日达历史最低价1.41港元,与上市首日开盘价相比,跌幅达到67.36%。

斗鱼的纳斯达克上市之路已经告一段落,但后直播时代的新征程才刚刚开始。新格局之下,服务形态的优化、用户黏度的增强、盈利能力的提升等一系列问题,都是各直播平台要面临的新一轮挑战。
