晋商银行计划发行8.6亿股H股,其中10%本港公开发售部分仅获约18%认购,未获认购的发售股份已重新分配至国际发售,最终公开发售占比仅约1.77%。国际发售部分则获轻微超额认购。
该行发售价定为每股3.82元,接近原招股价范围3.8元至3.98元之下限。料集资净额约31.71亿元,用於强化该行资本基础,以支持其业务的持续增长。联席保荐人为建银国际、中金公司及招银国际。
