港A两地地产股普遍上涨中国恒大、绿地香港涨逾4%
格隆汇7月17日丨今日港A两市地产股普遍上涨,港股市场中,中国上城涨19.47%,中国恒大、绿地香港、融信中国涨逾4%。A股市场中,大悦城逆势涨3.96%,大名城、新湖中宝、中房股份涨逾2%。消息面上,近期港A两地多家公司公布了上半年销售数据。其中,新城控股预计1-6月累计合同销售金额约1224.18亿元人民币(单位下同),比上年同期增长28.44%;绿地香港首6个月合约销售约为人民币256.05亿元,同比增长67.2%;中国奥园前6月合同销售额536.3亿元人民币,同比增长33%;万科企业上半年实现合同销售额3340亿元,同比增9.63%。大悦城预计今年上半年净利润17.7亿至20.4亿元,比上年同期重组后增长30%至50%。
