龙湖(00960.HK)附属发最多20亿元人民币住房租赁专项公司债券
龙湖集团(00960.HK)公布,间接附属公司重庆龙湖企业拓展将於周四及周五(18日及19日)向合资格投资者发行2019年住房租赁专项公司债券(第一期),规模为不超过20亿元人民币。
该批第一期境内公司债为无担保债券,分为两个品种:第一为期五年,第三年末发行人有权调整票面利率及投资者有权回售债券,以及第二为期七年,第五年末发行人有权调整票面利率及投资者有权回售债券。五年期品种及七年期品种的票面利率询价区间分别为3.5%-4.5%及4.2%-5.2%。
